If you receive a used or opened product? 

We'd like to explain that this happened because when a customer sends a product back to Amazon, it's up to Amazon employees to look at it and decide if it's in new condition and can be sold. Unfortunately, we have no control over this process.

Despite our efforts to have all products returned by customers sent back to us, Amazon has insisted on inspecting and putting them back into their sellable inventory. This has resulted in some of our customers receiving used or damaged products.

We want to assure you that we take this matter seriously and are committed to providing you with the best possible service. To make things right, please contact us for a replacement.
