Domestic Return and Exchange Policy

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay! We have a very easy return process in place for you.

If for any reason you need to return an item, simply send us an email and we'll take care of the rest. No questions asked. We want to make this process as stress-free as possible for you, so you can sit back and relax.

Replacement Policy for Damaged Items:

If you receive an item damaged due to transit, you must report it to us within 7 days of its arrival to be eligible for an exchange. Please provide the following details when reporting the damage:

• Subject: Replacement #ordernumber
• Please include the following information in your email.
• Your Name
• Product being returned
• Quantity

Once a return label is issued, you must send the damaged item back within 7 days. Failure to return the item within this timeframe may result in your exchange request being rejected, and we reserve the right to send the item back to you.

Domestic Return Policy:

We offer a 14-day return period starting from the date of the product's arrival. To process your return:

• A return label will be provided, and the cost of $4.99 will be deducted from your total refund.
• The product must be unused and returned within 14 days using our return label to receive a refund back to your original payment method.
• Items returned after 14 days but no longer than 30 days will be refunded in the form of store credit.
• Any return after 30 days is subject to rejection.

To receive a full refund back to your original payment method, the item must be unused, uncut, and without glue application. Any used item will only be refunded in the form of store credit. Purchases made with store credit are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 days after the product arrives at our location.

We continuously monitor return activities to prevent abuse and reserve the right to limit returns and exchanges in any situation.

To mail in your return: When you send us a return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. If you haven't received our response within 48 hours, please check your junk mail.

Return shipping fee: Customers are responsible for shipping fees and related costs for returned products unless they received faulty or incorrect items. The cost of our return label is $4.99, and it will be subtracted from your total refund.

Method of Credit

• Refunds will be processed by way of the payment method used for the original order.
• Items returned after 14 days but no longer than 30 days will be refunded in the form of store credit.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 7–14 business days for the return to be processed.
• After your return has been processed, the refund will be issued and posted to your original payment method (bank account, PayPal, or credit card) within 7 business days.
