If for any reason you need to return an item, simply send us an email and we'll take care of the rest. No questions asked. We want to make this process as stress-free as possible for you, so you can sit back and relax.

Eligibility for Refund.
- Customers have 14 days from the day of delivery to return merchandise for a refund.
- All merchandise must be returned in the original condition/unused/unglued including the box and all supporting parts.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Who pay for return shipping?
We will send a prepaid label to you. The return label cost is $4.99, the cost of return label will be deducted from your total refund.
To mail in your return:
When you send us a return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. If you haven't received our response within 48 hours, please check your junk mail.
Method of Credit
- Refunds will be processed by way of the payment method used for the original order.
- Please be aware that it may take up to 7-14 days for a refund to post to a bank account, paypal or credit card.
Return shipping fee
Customers are responsible for shipping fees and related costs for returned products unless they received faulty or incorrect items. You have the option of using our pre-paid return label or use your own. The cost of our return label is $4.99, and it will be subtracted from your total refund.
